Description of accident: Insured’s Aircraft Suffered Fuel Starvation and Consequential Damages from Forced Landing

Additional Comments:
The nose landing gear appears to be impacted with terrain and partially collapsed.

The lower engine cowling appears to have become abraded and impacted by terrain upon landing.

The nose wheel was submerged in mud and will likely require cleaning as well as inspection for integrity.

The left and right main landing gear wheel assemblies and brake assemblies will require cleaning and inspection for integrity.

The propeller appears to have impacted the terrain upon landing causing 1 of the 3 propeller blades to be bent rearward at a 30° angle.

The engine is likely to be removed for propeller strike inspection.

The upper fuselage canopy that encases the parachute was torn for deployment
